ELV had a great Easter Weekend of racing with some excellent results on track, crit and road.
Delighted to see ELV’s Callum Stewart take the win at Cycle Club Ashwell’s 2019 Primavera Road Race on Easter Monday, off the back of his other great early season road results – 7th in Essex Roads’ Road Race and 6th in the University of Sheffield’s.

Steve Messenger was also in the points in 10th place, and Miriam raced in the women’s event. Our thanks to CCA for hosting a great event.
Thomas Arkell took 11th place in a stacked E123 field at the Alan Rosner Memorial Races at Hog Hill on Friday, and David Smith raced the Good Friday Track Meet at the Olympic Velodrome, winning 2 sprints to place third and, most importantly, to take home a toy car. Further afield, Vince Cristan is taking on the six-stage Tour of Sardinia.
